Scores that rest on advertised payout windows are worth very little. For this quarter we made 40 withdrawals from funded accounts across ten operators and timed each one.
The protocol
Each account was registered normally, verified with genuine documents, and funded with the operator’s own minimum deposit or more. We requested at least one small withdrawal and one above $500 from every site.
Requests were placed on weekdays and at weekends, and we logged the time of the request, the time of approval and the time funds arrived. Any document request during the process was recorded separately.
What we do with the data
The measured median sets the payments and payouts score in each review, and the raw figures appear in the banking section so readers can judge for themselves.
We re-test every operator each quarter, because cashier performance changes faster than any other part of a casino.
